I have used flow cup for a few years and went to buy replacement ones and discovered the new and improved version and tried it… the first time I used it it got caught and went in weird.. second time was something similar and the third time it went in but wouldn’t come out! Finally I threw it in the bin and used the old ones again. I really wouldn’t recommend using the new version it’s terrible. The old ones are great, go for them.

Though Flex is new and even more expensive, it is not that great in creating suction. I realized that the basic one was better for the application. I don't even see the use of the shape. I recommend buying the basic cup, it's the best thing that happened to me for the period days.

I love my flow cup! Had a few teething problems initially but troubleshooted on the website and got to grips with it, sure it helps with the pain and it’s great to be able to monitor flow. Love it!!!

It took a little time to feel confident with my cup, but I soon started to relax and trust it. I absolutely love it, it’s comfortable, allows me to do everything I normally do including swimming which is amazing. No more ruined holidays or worrying about wearing certain clothes. I can’t recommend changing to a Flo cup highly enough.

Tried it for 2 cycles, unfortunately both times I constantly leaked and ended up going back to my old cup. Didn't feel this cup was flexible enough.
