Flow Undies Heavy Flow are comfortable and reusable period underwear for a heavy period that absorbs up to 40 ml of menstruation and can be used for up to 10h at a time. The seamless design in microfibre with no VPL (no visible panty line) gives you a sleek look whilst feeling comfortable in the breathable, soft and stretchy material which is GOTS and OEKO-TEX certified. With a high waist, extra quick-drying absorbent and waterproof soft strips surrounding the absorbent area prevent leaking, you feel super safe on your period.

Flow Undies looks like and are worn just like regular underwear. In addition to being stylish and comfortable, they are expertly designed to absorb menstrual blood and lock it inside. They can be used as your only protection or together with a menstrual cup for extra safety. After use, they are washed, dried and ready to be used again.

In the crotch there is a slim, four-layer absorbent technology. The Flow Undies Moderate Flow can absorb up to 15 ml of blood and Flow Undies Heavy Flow holds up to 40 ml of period.

The body and inner lining of Flow Undies Moderate Flow are made of soft, stretchy, organic cotton-spandex and the absorbent area contains microfleece and PUL. The materials are GOTS and OEKO-TEX certified.

The GOTS label (Global Organic Textile Standard) proves that the material is produced ethically, in safe working conditions with no child labour and the OEKO-TEX label shows that there are no harmful chemicals in the pants.

Flow Undies Heavy Flow are made of a super soft, breathable and comfortable material. It's GOTS and OEKO-TEX certified and quick drying. The waterproof soft stripes surrounding the absorbent area to keeps you extra safe from leaks.

Which size should I choose?

Our sizes are true to size so you can choose the same size as you normally use for underwear.

How to wash your Flow Undies

1. Rinse in cold water after use.

2. Handwash or throw in the machine, using a delicate cycle and cold temperature (maximum 40°C).

Wash with similar colours. Remember, cold temperatures are best at rinsing out blood stains.

Do not use fabric softener or bleach.

3. Hang dry only! Do not tumble dry or iron.

Flow Sheets are your go-to solution for tackling tough bloodstains. Liquidless laundry detergent that is effective and easy to use. Works for both white and coloured laundry. The sheets dissolve quickly, are fully biodegradable, and free from preservatives, bleach, phosphate, and plastics. The added biological enzyme ensures powerful stain removal even in cold water, while remaining gentle on your skin. The package includes 20 sheets.

How to use:

Machine wash:

Rinse the used panties in cold water and place in machine.

Place 1-2 sheets in the drum of the washing machine, depending on load.

Machine wash at cold temperatures (30°C–40°C), with no pre-wash.

Do not use bleach or fabric softeners!

Hand wash:

Dissolve 1 sheet in 2-3 liters of lukewarm water

Rinse used panties in cold water and place in the washing liquid

Let them soak for 15-30 minutes

Rinse carefully in lukewarm water until there is no foam remaining.
