Prices and payment
Each product is priced including VAT. The shopping cart shows the total price including all charges, VAT, delivery and payment fees. Payment terms can be found at the checkout.
We offer free delivery for purchase values over £19.80 incl. VAT for shipping within Sweden. In other cases, a cost of £2.90 per item will be charged for shipments. The Flowcup is sent as a normal letter. The Flowcup is typically delivered straight to your letter box. If it is not possible to push the letter through the letter box opening, a note will be left for collection of the letter at the closest service point. In cases where the customer has not received his order due to the wrong address stated in the order, is it the customer is responsibility. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to resolve the issue.
A 14-day cancellation period applies. Your notice to us must clearly state that you are cancelling your purchase. The cancellation period commences the day you received the goods. The cancellation right only applies if the packaging/envelope is unbroken, which is due to the menstrual cup being an intimate and personal item. If you wish to utilize your cancellation right, the packaging/envelope must be absolutely unbroken/unopened!
Placing an order with us means you will provide your personal data. When you make your registration and place your order you also accept that we store and process your personal data in our business to fulfil our contract obligations to you. All personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). According to GDPR you are entitled to access the personal data we have about you and also to have it deleted. If so, please contact us via email.
The delivery time is stated in the shopping cart under each shipping alternative. Orders placed during the weekend are packed the next business day (Monday – Friday excluding public holidays). Delivery normally takes about 5-10 working days. If you haven’t received your goods after 10 business days, please contact us immediately at email@example.com
The customer pays for return shipping unless the product has defects or if we have sent the wrong product. Returns must be sent as a letter and not as cash on delivery. When using your cancellation right, you must return the product in its unbroken/unopened envelope.
When exercising your cancellation right we will refund the amount paid for the goods not later than 30 days from the day we received the returned goods. You are liable to pay the freight cost for returned goods. However, we will always pay the freight cost in case of replacement goods.
